Secrets to Eliminating Bad Breath

In order to eliminate that pesky bad breath that you often experience all you have to do is follow my list list of secrets.

The first thing you want to do in order to eliminate bad breath is floss daily.  You would be surprised at how many people don’t floss and how much the little bits of food in between your teeth contribute to bad breath.

The second thing you want to do is use mouthwash at least twice a day.  If you use mouthwash it will help kill those left behind germs that cause bad breath.

The third thing you need to do is be sure to chew gum in between times of brushing.  This will help to keep your breath fresh most of the day.

Finally you need to be sure to brush your teeth better and at least twice a day. This can be done most easily by using a Sonicare toothbrush.

Basement Humidity Endangers Health

One of the plagues of houses in rainy areas is mold. Molds and mildew are fungi which grow and develop in high humidity environments, causing health troubles especially for mold allergy sufferers and for rheumatic people. I really can’t explain myself why are there so many house owners who simply neglect the water they have permanently in their basements.

Besides all these medical issues that may occur, still waters generate thousands of insects such as mosquitoes, which can spread other diseases to humans. Fixing a basement can be cheaper than many people think, and it is so beneficial for the house inhabitants that it should be a priority for everybody.

Who Is Endangered By Staff Cuts?

With the latest economy recession, more and more companies are announcing serious staff cuts, as they want to be prepared for the crisis and avoid collapsing because of too much debt or because of cash flow problems. Funny rumors started to spread such as that the fat personnel is more prone to getting fired. This is not a joke, I even have a colleague who is trying hard to lose 20 pounds, so she can avoid losing her job. I don’t really believe that people who mind their own business and work well can lose their jobs simply because they are overweight.

However, losing weight is in most of the cases good for the general health, and my colleague surely needed to lose several pounds, so now she has a great motivation to do it.

My Review of The Polar f11 Watch

I wanted to blog today about how much I really like my new heart rate monitor watch. I did a lot of research online about these watches. There are a lot of companies making these watches now and there is a ton of information out there on them. It was a very hard decision but in the end I choose the Polar f11 watch because of the extra features it had over the other watches I was looking at. I decided on Polar because it has the most respected name in the heart rate monitor industry. I am a triathlete and the Polar f11 came highly recommended to me from friends. The only complaint I have about the watch is that it seems to have bad battery life.
