Cars and Garages

Parking your car in the garage is one of the things most home owners do to keep their car from damage. it is interesting to find that others use their garage for a separate room or as a way to get away from others in the house and work on projects.

I am not saying you shouldn’t use the garage to do other things, but having one makes all the difference in the world from protecting your car from the elements of the earth. In other words use it for what it is intended for, your car.

if you have a cluttered garage then you need to start storing things vertically rather than on the floor. Either buy or build some racks so that you can have either more or the same as you have now without worrying about it being to cluttered to park your car. Why? because I had my car broke into this past week because of leaving it out in my driveway, when I could have parked it in my garage. I have learned my lesson.

Memo To The Government I Need a Bailout

I admit I have overspent. I borrowed beyond my means and probably made a risky investment or 10. My home was foreclosed on this past week. I am in debt to the tune of 300K. That doesn?t seem like lot of money does it? At least not when compared to 700 Billion dollar stimulus plans or U.S. government’s decision late Sunday to invest $20 billion in a company, Citgroup, and guarantee $306 billion in risky assets.

I ask you, what is the difference. I recently caught up with the IRS in back taxes so I wont need a presidential pardon. Nope all I need is a bailout. Perhaps we can attach it to some tree hugger bill protecting the environment. That is how it works right? One last thing, can I get some free health insurance ?

Everybody Wants The Car With The Best Gas Mileage

A lot of people are starting to sacrifice the car they want for the car with the best gas mileage. Gas prices are really making us take a second look at our budget and making us become more aware of what we find more important, namely driving or having money for other things.

Driving around is becoming so expensive anymore that you can almost clock the hourly rate of doing it. It is no longer 5.00 to do all your errands for the week, now 5.00 will barely get you through half a day’s driving (granted that you don’t drive the whole time of course).
